For fabulous diagnostic assistance. Ultrasound is useful for abdominal disease, as it helps picture internal organs and their structure without going to surgery. X-ray imaging takes a picture of the shadows of the organs, allowing us to read which organs are of concern due to size or how dark they are. Really useful in heart and lung disease, but good for abdominal overviews as well. Our pathology machines in house, means that we can have blood results within 10 minutes of the blood being taken. So that treatment can start and you haven't even left the building yet!
